Dealer Discount

• To qualify we must have a current signed FFL on file

Sales Tax

• WI (Fond du Lac County) - add 5.5% sales tax unless we have a copy of your WI resale certificate on file

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment

• Cashiers Check
• Money Order
• Business Check

Open Accounts

• Credit may be extended to established firms who supply us with:
  • Credit references
  • Name and address of your bank
• Invoices will be sent with merchandise

Shipping

• We ship most small orders via "USPS Mail", $8.00 Minimum Shipping and Handling
• We ship all other orders via UPS, $15.00 Minimum Shipping and Handling
• Expedited shipping is available. All applicable charges will be added to the invoice

Return Policy

• All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice on which it was purchased
• The return amount will be:
  • For merchandise only
  • Minus a 5% restocking fee
  • Minus any damage
• The value of the return amount will be determined upon our receipt of the merchandise
• If you would prefer an exchange we will waive the 5% restocking fee
• Unless we made an error in shipping your order, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded
• Special order items are not refundable.
• All refunds will be by company check.
